Loyal followers of the pop star are demanding that a individual who breached a barrier and touched the celebrity during Thursday's Wicked: For Good debut be detained or deported from Singapore.

A circulating clip depicts the person identified as Johnson Wen pushing past camera operators and rushing toward Grande while the performers proceeded down a event pathway surrounded by supporters.

Co-star Cynthia Erivo immediately guided the shocked actress away from Mr Wen, who was seen being escorted out of the premiere by security officers.

Mr Wen stated on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "released after being arrested", though court documents showed that he was scheduled to appear on the following morning. It is not clear if he was charged.

Record of Event Invasions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Controversial Figure", has crashed a concert or event. His Instagram feed contains videos of him disrupting other celebrity events, including breaching the performance area at the pop singer's Sydney show in earlier this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers concert in the same location last December.

"There needs to be action taken against him as this is obviously a criminal offence," stated an Instagram commenter, in a message to a video Mr Wen shared of his behavior.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" another Instagram user questioned.

Numerous followers criticized Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had discussed suffering from trauma-related anxiety after a suicide bomb attack at the finale of her 2017 show in Manchester, killing 22 people and harming numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" wrote one more message on Instagram.

Several supporters also questioned security officers at the premiere for not being adequately prepared; while different individuals called for digital services to ban Mr Wen's videos.

In clips circulating online, Grande looked startled when she was touched by the individual. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be spotted comforting her while Mr Wen was led out by security.

Grande has remained silent on the event, and the premiere activities proceeded as normal.

Many of fans had assembled in a crowd of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good regional premiere in a Singapore shopping center, including several who had waited for as long as many hours before it commenced.

The motion picture, to be released on the 21st of November, is the sequel of a dual interpretation of the acclaimed theatrical musical Wicked, which centers on the surprising friendship between two distinct witches.

The production itself is a adaptation of the 1900 story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the good witch Glinda, was dressed in a rosé sparkling outfit at the premiere while Erivo, who portrays the wicked witch, wore a sleek black dress embroidered with roses.

They were alongside fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The previous installment, Wicked, was the most successful movie of the previous year in the UK, and earned ten award recognitions, securing several for excellent wardrobe and set decoration.
